For those of you who have been asking, here's my Linden
Method review. After reviewing this product, I found what
I pretty much expected to find. It is a great program and
it does what it says. After all, it has already helped
over 130,007 people, so I seriously doubted that I would find
any flaws.
What It Is
The Linden Method is a treatment for people who suffer from
panic attacks, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive Disorder, and
phobias. This method is based on the fact that the Amygdala,
the part of the brain responsible for panic attacks, can be
reprogrammed.
Basically the Linden method is trying to help you reprogram
the part of your brain which causes you anxiety and these other
disorders.
Costs
I believe the normal cost is $109, but it appears to be
currently available for only $87 on the website.
Who is the Author?
Charles Linden came up with the method over a decade ago
after he himself was suffering from panic attacks and anxiety,
starting around 21 years of age.
He even became agoraphobic, and would only leave his house
to visit the hospital or the doctor. Eventually at
the University of Hull, he began researching panic
attacks, anxiety, and phobias.
Eventually he developed what is now called the Linden
method. Currently he has a center in UK Midlands which is run
by fully qualified counselors and psychologists which has
helped hundreds of thousands of patients.
What Does It Claim to Do
The Linden method claims to cure panic attacks, anxiety, and
phobias quickly and permanently. Also it claims to
do the following:
Free you from anxiety and panic attacks
Help you move on with your life instead of standing
still
Turn back the click to before you had anxiety and panic
attacks
Allow you to actively pursue life's challenges and
adventures
Elevate your confidence and energy to exciting new
levels
Enable you to do what you always wanted to do in your
life
How Does it Work?
The Amygdala, according the National Institute of
Mental Health is the main part of the brain that causes panic
attacks and anxiety disorder.
Basically the Linden Method does NOT use any machines or
drugs to reprogram the Amygdala, but it does so by using some
unique exercises, which I can't mention here.
Overall
Overall the Linden Method is a very solid program and I
found the way that it is laid out very clear to follow and I
learned a new method to help control my panic attacks. I highly
recommend the Linden method for anyone who suffers from panic
attacks, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and
phobias.
